The City of Janesville is seeking proposals from interested consultants to review the City’s procurement policy and processes as well as recommend best practices. This Request for Proposal (RFP) process is intended to identify potential contractors with which the City may, in its sole discretion, choose to enter into a contract for the proposed consulting services.
